How much does shipping cost? Australia - Free delivery up yo 150cm in width and 90cm in height 

contact us for larger sizes . Please note that our carriers do not deliver to PO BOXES, please ensure to provide us full delivery address and phone number at checkout .

Where can you  deliver to? We deliver Globally 

When will my order be shipped?Most painting are usually shipped within 2 to 3 weeks , and will be conveniently delivered to your home or office.  There is on very rare occasions, unexpected delays to the dispatch date in such cases, we will  notify you and update the shipping date accordingly.

When will I receive my order? We estimate that orders being delivered around the world 2 – 3 weeks, However, please allow up to 4-6 weeks the painting to be in your place  

What if there is more than one product on my order?You still have Free delivery   

How will my order be delivered? Art work will be delivered with protective and warped, our delivers would be by express shipping with largest companies in the world rest assured you receive the item in perfect condition .

Do I have to be home to receive my order? If you not home they will leave a card to contact shipping company 

How do I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, and instructions for how   to track your order .

What happens if my order is lost or damaged in transit? ( regardless what part of the world ) If your item arrives damaged, please contact us on the spot and we will assess the damage in accordance with our warranty policy we replace the item for you after we receive the damaged item. If the item is lost in transit we will replace it or refund your money  

Can items be picked up?yes you can pick up if you are in Sydney .*Returns are accepted by contacting us immediately  if the products if damaged we will asses the damage to refund or replacement  ***The product has to be in original condition for any returns ***
We take pride in our work. Occasionally due to inclement weather conditions the oil paint we use takes longer to dry than we expect. In order to ensure that your painting arrives to you in pristine condition, we will let the painting dry a few extra days, increasing processing time. We assure you that your painting is worth the wait.
We strive to replicate your favorite paintings as accurately as possible, however due to the original nature of the artwork, unique variations will occur from one piece to another. Please note that computer settings may cause slight color differences between your painting and the product photo displayed.

*Customer pay all government taxes fee in your country if there is any (not in Australia)
*When your payment goes through we assign an Artist for your order 
We deliver our Paintings  world-wide. Deliveries take place Monday - Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays.
If there are 2 to 3 painting in the same invoice will be delivered the same time  if there you purchased 2 painting in 2 different days and you would like to have it the same time all what you need to do please inform us of the purchase .
If you cannot be available to accept your delivery, you may contact the courier directly to       provide them with an ‘Authority to Leave’ the goods unattended, this will however void your warranty and neither Martinsartdecor nor our courier can be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your painting.
While we use the best carriers in the world, on very rare occasions, products can be lost or damaged in transit. If the carrier advises you that an order is lost in transit, please contact us on the spot for assistance. 
* You must contact us within 24 hours and must provide us with photos and invoice number email to martin@martinsartdecor.com  then we inform you the date of pick up and replace it for you  
You can return any purchases if the item is damaged will refund all your money NO Questions asked or we make new one for you .All you have to do is email us a copy of your invoice and photos of the damage.
